Keeping Families Together in the Wheatbelt

You can benefit from this service if you are already working with the Department of Communities. It’s designed to help you create a safe environment for your children at home, which is why our services are set-up to work with you in your home. We help you to build on the strengths of the family in order to ensure the safety of your children. Part of this is learning new strategies to guide your children’s behaviour in a positive but disciplined way.

You’ll be fully supported by our Social Worker and Family Support Worker who will be there as part of your team.
