Salary: $98,393 - $106,153 per annum pro rata (including salary packaging)

Senior Early Childhood Practitioner - Albany

Wanslea has been selected as a Partner in the Community to deliver Early Childhood Early Intervention (ECEI) services across multiple West Australian locations.

Wanslea is seeking passionate and engaging people from the following disciplines: Early Childhood Education, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Social Work and Speech Pathology or other relevant professional field.

The ECEI approach supports children who have a developmental delay or disability and their families/carers. Supporting families to help children develop the skills they need to take part in daily activities and achieve the best possible outcomes throughout their life is a fundamental part of the ECEI approach. 

This position is responsible for the provision of specialist best-practice early childhood assessment, planning and early intervention for children and their families, and mentoring of Early Intervention Practitioners and Support Workers.

Ideally you will have extensive knowledge and application of early childhood development, developmental delay, the early intervention service sector and a demonstrated understanding of the NDIS, the ECEI approach and early childhood intervention best practice principles.
