    The Role

     

  • Provide support and guidance using your technical and professional expertise in the delivery of all HR services

  • Provide immediate and accurate feedback on all HR processes, procedures and initiatives

  • Act as a single point of contact for your internal customers

  • Act as the independent advisor for employees in tough situations

  • Support internal management in achieving their identified goals

  • Provide accurate reports and analytics for internal management

  • Provide sound advice on compliance across all aspects of ER and IR

  • Keep HR processes in full compliance with the legal and regulatory (internal & external) frameworks

 

You will bring with you all the essential criteria ….

 

  • Relevant university degree in Human Resources, Employment Law or related discipline

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a human resources generalist role

  • Strong knowledge of Industrial Relations and Employment Relations policies and legislation and application of Industrial Awards & Agreements

  • Accurate report writing skills and the ability to produce quality submissions

  • Ability to work and travel within the Perth Metropolitan area as required

  • Satisfactory current National Police Clearance

  • Current valid Driver’s Licence
